Winny Chanthalalay is a Laotian-American female Engineer and Entrepreneur, was recently selected as Top Industrial Engineer for 2024 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry.
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself; only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Winny has certainly proven herself as an expert in her field. As a dynamic, results driven leader, Winny holds a Master’s in Engineering from UW-Platteville and Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineer and Operations Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering. In addition, Winny has numerous certifications in her industry including Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), ISO/TS16949:9001 Lead Auditor, APQP/PPAP and Leadership Coach.
She owns an engineering consulting company called Prime Engineering Solutions, which helps women advance in their careers and in their personal life in a customized leadership development program that is specific to the women’s personal development. Also, provides quality engineering services.
She also owns Crazy Asian Brewery and is the creator of the Nitro Coffee for Two Brothers Beverage Company in Wisconsin.

Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Chanthalalay has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her accomplishments. This year she will be considered for the Empowered Woman Award and to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. She will be honored at IAOTP’s annual awards gala at the Nashville Opry Resort next December for her selection as Top Industrial Engineer of the Year.
