The transaction is expected to close by mid-2019, subject to completion of applicable regulatory reviews.<\/p>\n<p id=\"511a\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\" style=\"text-align: justify\">The software products in scope represent a total addressable market of more than $50 billion and include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"postList\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li id=\"106b\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--p\"><span class=\"markup--strong markup--li-strong\"><strong>Appscan<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span>for secure application development,<\/li>\n<li id=\"43d1\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\"><strong><span class=\"markup--strong markup--li-strong\">BigFix<\/span>&nbsp;<\/strong>for secure device management,<\/li>\n<li id=\"038e\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\"><span class=\"markup--strong markup--li-strong\"><strong>Unica<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span>(on-premise) for marketing automation,<\/li>\n<li id=\"975d\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\"><strong><span class=\"markup--strong markup--li-strong\">Commerce<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;(on-premise) for omni-channel eCommerce,<\/li>\n<li id=\"f655\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\"><span class=\"markup--strong markup--li-strong\"><strong>Portal<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span>(on-premise) for digital experience,<\/li>\n<li id=\"c785\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\"><strong><span class=\"markup--strong markup--li-strong\">Notes &amp; Domino<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;for email and low-code rapid application development, and<\/li>\n<li id=\"c716\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\"><strong><span class=\"markup--strong markup--li-strong\">Connections<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;for workstream collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"5dbc\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--li\" style=\"text-align: justify\">HCL and IBM have an ongoing IP Partnership for five of these products.<\/p>\n<p id=\"d495\" class=\"graf graf--p graf--startsWithDoubleQuote graf-after--p\" style=\"text-align: justify\">&ldquo;We continue to see great opportunities in the market to enhance our Mode-3 (Products and Platforms) offerings.
